    Step 1

    猴头菇拉油备用。Blanch monkey head in hot oil, drain.

    Step 2

    西芹、甜椒各自飞水,备用。Blanch celery and capsicum in boiling water.

    Step 3

    热油爆香姜片,加入材料C和全部材料A,大火快炒片刻,加入调味料炒匀,即可上碟。Sauté ginger slices with hot oil, and then add in all ingredients C and A; stir-fry briskly,toss in seasoning and dish out.
